The HCM City People Committee has instructed Thu Duc City and district authorities to draw up plans to reopen traditional markets and ensure they remain safe from Covid-19.
The chairman of the HCM City People Committee has pledged to review all housing projects in the city and work out solutions to a “more transparent, fair and competitive business environment”.
